By making a booking through our Services, you are making an offer to purchase the selected travel products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer.

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are not guaranteed until the booking is ticketed and confirmed.

4. Payments and Cancellations

A. Payments

You authorize us to charge the credit or debit card you provide for the full amount of your booking, which includes the airfare, taxes, and our service fee. By making a booking, you confirm that you are the cardholder or have the cardholder's express permission to use the card.

B. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies are determined by the airline. Each airline has its own specific rules and fees. Our service fees are non-refundable, even if the airline provides a full or partial refund for the airfare. Any requests for changes or cancellations must be made by contacting our customer service team. Additional airline fees and/or our own processing fees may apply.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
• You are responsible for ensuring your travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid for your destination and any transit points.
• You will review all booking details for accuracy before confirming your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fareshepherd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fareshepherd, its owners (US Auto Solutions LLC), and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid to us.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fareshepherd and US Auto Solutions LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
