For a price match to be valid, the lower fare you find must be an identical match. Here's what we check for:
Same Itinerary
The airline, flight numbers, dates, and times must be exactly the same.
Same Cabin & Fare
The cabin (e.g., Economy, Business) and fare rules (e.g., baggage allowance) must be identical.
Same Travelers
The number and type of passengers (adult, child, etc.) must be the same.
U.S. Based Site
The lower price must be on a U.S.-based, English-language travel booking website.

The Fine Print (Exclusions)
Our Price Match Promise is designed to be fair and simple. To ensure this, the following types of fares are not eligible for a price match:
- Fares on websites where the airline details are unknown until after purchase (e.g., Priceline "Express Deals").
- Package deals that include a flight with a hotel, car rental, or other services.
- Fares that are part of a loyalty program, corporate discount, or charter/group rate.
- Prices that are no longer available at the time of verification. The lower fare must be bookable by the general public when you contact us.
- Fares offered on non-U.S. based websites.
